Turtle Cove Spa has an idyllic location overlooking a cove on Lake Ouachita at the Club House at Mountain Harbor Resort. This spa gives Mountain Harbor an extra bit of pizzazz lacking in other resorts on Lake Ouachita. Comprehensive services are offered.

Ouachita Hot Stone Massage

A favorite is the Ouachita Hot Stone Massage: The therapist uses polished stones that are hot and oily to give you a soothing massage. This is a wonderful way to enjoy Ouachita National Park.

Couples often use the intimate fireside room, overlooking Lake Ouachita. The fireside room can be used for any massage when available. A photo of the fireside room is in the image gallery below.

The Turtle Cove Spa walkway into the spa is gorgeous from spring through fall. Inside, it has a decorator’s touch throughout. The fireplace is decorated in our photo gallery for Christmas with a Christmas tree in the corner.

Downstairs Sami and Mary, the owner are visiting in the Fireside massage room. This intimate room overlooks the lake and is often selected by couples for a couples massage.

Strolling through the spa, you will find displays to the left and displays to the right. It may be oils and salts on one display, and tees, tanks and goodies on another. You may find you want to spend time shopping when it is time to go to your session. I recommend going at least 30 minutes early to look around. If you do not see anything that catches your eye, enjoy your time in one of their waiting areas.

Cancellation Policy: Our professional staff is scheduled to be at the Spa for your appointment(s) and depend upon those services for payment of their time. If you must cancel or reschedule services, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for single treatments and 48 hour prior for multiple services, and group events to avoid being charged. Note: Canceling your Condo reservation will not cancel your spa reservation.

There are good reasons why Mountain Harbor Marina stays at the top of the ‘Arkansas Times Best Of’ list of marinas. It’s a full service marina, to say the least.

Harbor Master, Todd Gadberry takes pride in the marina and smoothness in which it operates. No matter what your pleasure is on Lake Ouachita, this marina makes it happen. From pontoon boats to water toys, and everything in between, Mountain Harbor Marina has it available for you.

Fishing guides are available to take you to the ‘good spots’ to catch the big ones! Or, if you’d like, bring your own boat! The marina carries all of your boating and fishing needs. There is a paved launching ramp …with a $3.00 Corp of Engineer launching fee… to make off-loading and loading your boat more pleasurable.

The friendly staff at the marina abounds with ‘southern hospitality’. They will meet you at the dock to welcome you and assist you any way possible. Maps of the lake are available for you to discover all the hidden delights of Lake Ouachita.

Mountain Harbor Marina offers a full line of rental boats.
Our ski boats are fully equipped with enough power to get you up and out of the water. Our fishing boats have trolling motors and depth finders and come with the latest fishing report. You can cruise leisurely in our pontoon boats with hard tops for sun worshipers. You can explore all the hidden places and coves locals enjoy so much.

Mountain Harbor Area Amenities

Mountain Harbor Resort is self-contained. You have a restaurant with large window seating overlooking the lake, a laundromat, a marina with a busy Subway sandwich shop and boat launching dock, a swimming pool and wading pool, tennis courts, horseshoes, an open-air lakeside pavilion and two lake view conference rooms for group meetings, parties or weddings.

Mountain Harbor Riding Stable
Mountain Harbor Riding Stable is located just before entering Mountain Harbor property at 722 Mountain Harbor Road. For information and reservations: 870-867-3022. Trail rides are scheduled from March through November. You will see the stables as drive by on Mountain Harbor Rd; school crossings should be so well marked.

Lake Ouachita Vista Trail
Mountain Biking and Hiking trail crosses Mountain Harbor Rd. Plans are for this to extend 35 or 40 miles along the shore of Lake Ouachita. It is already well developed. Parking is down a decent dirt road to the east about 1/4 mile. This is probably the first real road you come to on your right after leaving Hwy 270.

Turtle Cove Spa Woodland Workout Circuit
A fun and handy trail located near the Turtle Cove Spa. Park in the Club Parking area on Country Club road. Fanciful weight and circuit program constructed from wood and rope. Beautiful trail that leads down the mountain to the lake.

Limited ATV trails are in the area.
